Nikumbha (निकुम्‍भ) is a demon in Hindu mythology[1] and is the son of Kumbha.[2] He was instructed by Kubera to watch over the Pisacas,[3] (a type of evil spirit),[4] and the Nilamata Purana refers to him as "the noble and strong lord of the Pisacas."[3]
