Nikolaos "Nikos" Kostenoglou is a former Greek football player and current coach of AEK Athens FC following the departure of Lorenzo Serra Ferrer.
Nikos Kostenoglou started his career as a football player at Xanthi FC the year 1989, and was transferred in 1994 at AEK. He was an exceptional center back with a good pace. He finished his career at AEK Athens, in the season 2004-05. He was given the youth coach job, and 2 years later he became the assist coach of Lorenzo Serra Ferrer. He is currently the coach of AEK until the end of the season.He steped down as coach on May 16, 2008 after Giorgos Donis took over.
