Nikolsk, Vologda Oblast

Nikolsk (Russian: Нико́льск) is a town in Vologda Oblast, Russia. It is located on the Yug River, some 440 km east of Vologda. Population: 8,649 (2002 Census); 8,574 (1989 Census).

Town status granted in 1780. It is served by Nikolsk Airport.
