Nikolay Nikolayevich Kolesnikov

Kolesnikov Nikolai N. (Nikolai Nikolaevich) (in Russian: Николай Николаевич Колесников) born 1959, is a Russian Scientist who works in the fields of semiconductor and superconductor crystal growth, semiconductor and carbon nanotechnologies. He is the inventor of the High-Pressure Vertical Zone Melting method (ref. 1-2) and Nanopowder Technology of CdTe and CdZnTe (ref. 3-5) and also discovered one of the superconducting phases in Tl-BaCu-O system (ref. 6).
