Nikola Kesarovski is considered one of the greatest Bulgarian science-fiction writers of all time.
His most famous book is The Fifth Law of Robotics.
The science- fiction fan club "Fantastica" was founded in 1997 in the town of Kardjali, in the south of Bulgaria by him. The club has a page in "Nov Jivot" (New Life) - the official newspaper of Kardjali - and up to late 2003, it had published over 60 issues. This science-fiction page was edited by Kesarovski.
He was also organizer and kind host of the annual Bulgarian science-fiction festival "The 2002 Bulgacon", which took place in Kardjali. The festival was attended by over 90 participants.
