Niklas Jonsson (born May 31, 1969 in Piteå) is a Swedish cross country skier who competed from 1990 to 2002. He won the silver medal in the 50 km at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano.
Jonsson's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was a fourth in the 50 km in 1999. His best finish was 3rd in four different World Cup events from 1993 to 1999.
