Nikita Romanov

Nikita Ivanovich Romanov, Russian Никита Иванович Романов (c.1607-December 21, 1654) was a son of Ivan Romanov and a cousin of Tsar Michael. He was the last Romanov of an unroyal line.

Nikita Romanov was a notorious frondeur, often chastised by his uncle patriarch Filaret. Adam Olearius tells he liked foreign music, dressed himself and even his servants in European clothes, shaved beard.
