NIHRM is a national institute for human resource management. It is run by an educational charitable society named NITHYA. NIHRM is mainly meant for the upliftment of the rural children by giving them training in personality development and leadership. NIHRM undertakes continues projects to be implemented for the students from rural areas all over Kerala. It covers students from seventh standard onwards up to degree levels.
