Talk:Nightingale the Robber
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
At the bottom, there's written that Nightingale the Robber is a hero. He isn't a hero, he's a robber.--89.19.164.15 19:12, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] It's not Nightingale!
In Russian, the word соловей has two meanings - the bird nightingale and the person who whistles. He killed people with his whistlening, so It would be right to name the article Whistler the Robber--89.19.164.15 14:18, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
I am Russian and now I have heard first time that word 'соловей' mean 'the person who whistles'. :) Sure, according explanatory dictionary, word 'соловей' may use tralatiously for good singing man whith clear voice, but meaning of this word is 'nightingale'. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.102.156.30 (talk) 09:04, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
