Nidubrolu is a town in Andhra Pradesh India situated nearly 25 km (15 miles) from the coastal town of Bapatla and adjacent to the town of Ponnur in Guntur district. A small rivulet the Tungabhadra passes through the town. Both Ponnur and Nidubrolu are together called as Janta Gramalu (Twin villages).

Nidubrolu is a major education center. Z.P.H School is more than 100 years old. P.B.N. College is founded by Pamulapati Butchi Naidu. Nidubrolu is the birth place of well known persons such as [ prof.[N.G. Ranga]], Pamulapati Ankineedu Prasada Rao (Member of Parliament) and T.R.K. Prasad (Former Cabinet Secretary, Govt. of India),poet late Yetukuri Venkata Narasayya, Pandita Kavi Kalaprapurna Kotha Satyanarayana Chowdary ,Kondaveeti Venkata Kavi , Ex Zilla Board President Pamulapati venkata Krishnayya ,Col.PLN Chowdary .Weavers Congress President Pragada Koatayya , Ex MLA S Dr. Sajja Chandramouli ,Dr.Venkayya, sri katti padmarao (great dalit leader , telugu scholar,poet,orator) Nidubrolu is also known for the tallest monolithic Hanuman and Garuda statues. The village is surrounded by farmlands which contribute to rice cultivation.

The Indian Peasant Institute (Karshaka Vidyalayam) established by N. G. Ranga is located in Nidubrolu. The institute has inspired generations of rebels and Kisan (Farmer) leaders. Alumni include Thimma Reddy and Rosaiah.

Nidubrolu town is connected by major South Central railway line easily accessible by Madras and Hyderabad and other major cities.
