Project News SummerSlam (2007) has failed its Featured Article nomination; the discussion can be found here. Jeff Hardy has been elevated to Good article status. Acolytes Protection Agency, Brian Kendrick, Brock Lesnar, Matt Hardy, Money Inc., Over the Edge (1999), Randy Orton, Stacy Keibler, and Vengeance (2005) are currently Good article candidates. Events WWE has invited Democrats running for president, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, to Raw to settle their differences in a wrestling match. The invitation video can be found here. On the April 21 edition of Raw, the King of the Ring tournament will return for one night only. The entire tournament will take place on Raw. Mick Foley made a appearance in the new film, Anamorph. Re: Promo (professional wrestling)

Sunny, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Mick Foley, Jesse Ventura, Jake Roberts, Chris Jericho, Terry Funk, Harley Race, Randy Savage, and Roddy Piper's careers were made on their ability to cut good promos, some in conjunction with their excellent ring-work (eg. Jericho, Michaels, Flair), and some not (eg. Hogan, Sunny).

It says Sunny and Hogan were good on the mic, contrary to their ring work, which was bad. It doesn't say Sunny is good on the mic and bad on the mic.

New Project

Useight and several other editors have been compiling a list of very active editors who would likely be available to help new editors in the event they have questions or concerns. As the list grew and the table became more detailed, it was determined that the best way to complete the table was to ask each potential candidate to fill in their own information, if they so desire. This list is sorted geographically in order to provide a better estimate as to whether the listed editor is likely to be active.

If you consider yourself a very active Wikipedian who is willing to help newcomers, please either complete your information in the table or add your entry. If you do not want to be on the list, either remove your name or just disregard this message and your entry will be removed within 48 hours. That was mainly a joke, since the problem can be fixed. The first 20 or so users go the wrong newsletter, but I can fix that I think. It wasn't ready, If you saw the Editor of the Week. It still is not done, but I have no more time. Please in the future run it by me or the project before letting him know, because he sent most of them out already. When you prune articles, make sure you give it the full time it had. Professional wrestling had a couple of hours left, but you pruned it. It's unlikely to get a vote, but it's happened before where a vote will come in the last hour or so. iMatthew 2008 17:59, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

As a Libertarian, I am an heir to the pacifist sub-history of America, with the Quakers, Dr. King and the like. I applaud your hard work on changing links for Rey - but you need to look a bit closer at what's being changed.
