My name is Nick. I'm a musician and a student of sustainable architecture.

I perform solo guitar improv and have recorded a few releases through independent record label Daydream Sounds. I also play guitar in an alternative metal band and contribute drums & guitar to an instrumental post-rock 2-piece. I write non-fiction articles, stories and documents, design promotional posters and other graphics, teach guitar and run the aforementioned independent record label Daydream Sounds. I also paint & draw, and in addition to the guitar & drumkit, enjoy playing all sorts of other instruments including; piano, bass guitar & violin.

[edit] About Me

I'm interested in all spects of Music, Sustainability, Architecture, Graphic Design, Art, Psychology, Philosophy, Epistemology, Cosmology, Ecology and many other things. I would like to undertake architecture as a sole practitioner, designing sustainable housing. I was part of a feature in the Green Guide section of The Age newspaper in an article about Australian Wikipedians in 2006.

[edit] On Wikipedia

I mostly contribute first hand information for which sources are obscure or non-existent. Usually this is geographic, historical, architectural or cultural information about Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. I do have alot to learn about wikipedia, I encourage advanced feedback, constructive and to the point, and always suggest things that I can do better.

[edit] Creation/Expansion

I have created, or expanded from a very small stub, the following articles: Montsalvat - had a Peer Review however, got limited feedback and failed as a Featured Article Candidate due to similar limited feedback reasons, Somers, Victoria c, East Doncaster, Victoria c, Warrandyte, Victoria e, North Warrandyte, Victoria c, Manly, Queensland e, Australian architectural styles c, Ausway c, EastLink e, Metropolitan Ring Road e, RP7 c, Nokia 6820 c, United Petroleum c, Make Poverty History Concert e, Ethanol fuel in Australia c.
