[edit] Mention of DeLay Being Left on the Ballot?

No mention of Lampson's campaign to leave DeLay on the ballot by the local Democratic party was made in this article. Since this will likely be the lynchpin that will secure a victory for Lampson, this fact needs to be mentioned by one more articulate than myself (and preferrably by someone from the Lampson campaign to maintain neutrality).

[edit] Running Candidate Tag

Is this 2006 House candidate tag going to be put on all 2006 House candidates pages or not? Because if it is selectively applied, that is fundamentally unfair. I notice that Tom DeLay's entry does not have this tag.

The new one ({{activepol}}) will probably get put on all major candidate articels for the upcoming Federal Legislative election. 68.39.174.238 00:54, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

The edit function is not showing up on the article for me but, [Nick Lampson for District 22] claims that his family immigrated from Italy 100 years ago. I think he is actually 3rd generation [Definition of Generations].

[edit] Question re Google of this article

When you Google "Nick Lampson," this article comes up near the top, but the text under the title of the article is from *way* down in the article, and it just "happens" to be the text of the nasty billboard (I saved a screen shot of the search), giving the impression that that is the most significant fact about Nick Lampson. I'm conclusively assuming someone deliberately gamed this. My question is how, and what to do about it. Thank you!72.18.83.69 15:31, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
