[edit] Acquittal

Can anyone find a decent cite for the verdict in the second trial? As I understand it, he was aquitted of kidnapping but convicted of detainment. The only relevant link I can find is some University of Buffalo email or BBS posting. CBC.ca had an article in its archives but I can't get to it.
