Nicolas Michel

Nicolas Michel (born 7 November 1949) is Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and United Nations Legal Counsel at the United Nations.[1] Prior to his appointment to this post, he was professor of international law and European law at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
