Nicolas Cowan is an actor. He is primarily known for his appearance in Surf Ninjas.

Cowan made his debut in 1991 sci-fi, horror film, Alligator II: The Mutation. He later appeared in two episodes of In the Heat of the Night. In 1993, he co-starred alongside Ernie Reyes, Jr. in Surf Ninjas, as his adopted brother Adam.
