Nicolaos Trikupis (Greek: Νικόλαος Τρικούπης) was a Greek shooter. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.
Trikupis competed in the military rifle event, placing third with a score of 1,713. He hit the target 34 times out of a possible 40.
He also entered the free rifle event, though his place and score in that event are unknown except that he did not finish in the top five.
