[edit] Extension

An extension to Line M1/M3 is currently being constructed from Nicolae Grigorescu to Linia de Centură metro station. The first part of the extension will open in mid 2008 as part of Line M1, which will operate to Linia de Centură instead of operating jointly with M3 to Pantelimon.
