Nicola West

Nicola West is a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, portrayed by Imogen Bailey. Bailey began filming her role on January 21, 2008^[1] and she made her on-screen debut on May 5, 2008. The character Nicola is the sister of Miranda Parker (portrayed by Nikki Coghill).

When Nicola first arrived in Erinsborough, she and Riley were revealed to have a past romance and when Riley tried to stop it he was just drawn straight back to her. they then decided to keep seeing each other secretly, despite the fact that she is his aunt and that Riley was seeing someone. One afternoon when they were at home they started kissing and when Riley's girlfriend came in she was disgusted to see that not only that he was cheating on her but that it was with his aunt. Heather then broke up with Riley and he and Nicola have kept their affair a secret, even though Riley has been reluctant to the idea. However one afternoon when Riley was at the beach he came back to find Nicola lying on the sand waiting for him, he then told her to go away. Riley and Nicola then ended up kissing. By accident, Nicola called Riley Steve, instead of Riley, which shocked Riley to realise that Nicola had feelings fo his father. She admitted to having a minor crush on him before he and Miranda got married. Riley drove off furiously, with Nicola in the front seat. In his anger, he accidentally hit a dog. After this he did not want to speak to Nicola and she is trying to convince him to talk to her again.

However after Bridget found them kissing in Riley's car. Riley decided to leave for the Middle East to be a war correspondent against his family's will.
