Nicolas Vassallo (b. 1969) is a Taekwondo athlete from Italy. He won a gold medal at the European Martial arts Games and was the Italian representative in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. He retired from competition in 2002 due to knee problems.
