Nicky Vitolio Salapu (born 3 January 1978) is a goalkeeper from the American Samoa national football team and he currently plays for Pansa East FC
He conceded 31 goals to Australia in a World Cup qualifying match and this score (0-31) still counts as the official world record. Some observers, however, actually praised his effort in the game and noted that he made many notable saves which prevented an even bigger score from eventuating. In 2007 he missed flight from Hawaii to the South Pacific Games in Samoa, so he was replaced by the 17 year old Jordan Penitusi. He wasn't eligible to play until he arrived for the last match of American Samoa in the South Pacific Games with Tonga, but there he was unused substitute.
