Nick Metz

Nicholas John Metz (born February 16, 1914 in Wilcox, Saskatchewan - died August 24, 1990) was a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played 12 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Metz played his entire career in a Leaf uniform. He won 4 Stanley Cups with the Leafs and was one of the more efficient penalty-killers of his day. He played 518 career NHL games, scoring 131 goals and 119 assists for 250 points. His brother, Don Metz also played his entire career with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
