[edit] College career

Folk played college football at the University of Arizona and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL draft.

[edit] Pro career

Folk plays for the NFL Dallas Cowboys. Folk made the 2008 Pro Bowl. On December 30, 2007, against the Washington Redskins, Folk broke the Cowboys single-season record for most points by a placekicker (131).

His biggest kick so far would be a 53 yard game winner against the Buffalo Bills on Monday night football. What made the kick even more spectacular is that he did it twice because right before his first kick Buffalo Bills head coach Dick Jauron called a timeout. The Kick improved the Cowboys record to a spotless 5-0.
