Nick Foligno (Born October 31, 1987 in Buffalo, New York) is a player for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League. He was chosen in the first round, 28th overall by the club in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft in Vancouver, B.C..

He formerly played for the Sudbury Wolves of the OHL which is coached by his father, former NHLer Mike Foligno.

On March 21, 2007, the Senators' general manager John Muckler announced the club agreed to terms on a contract with Foligno. According to reports, Foligno excels in plays in the corner and usually scores in front of the net. He was confirmed as a permanent member of the Senators' squad on October 1, 2007.[1]

Nick Foligno also is an avid soccer player, who just recently began playing in a league in Valley East (a portion of land just north of Sudbury and part of the Sudbury township). He plays in the Adult 1 division, and although he probably joined to stay in shape for the 2008-2009 season, he definitely seems to be enjoying himself, scoring goals regularly.
