Nicholas K. "Nick" Berk (born May 11, 1980 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), also known by his ring name Nicky Benz, is an American independent professional wrestler, best known for his work in Combat Zone Wrestling, where he is a former CZW World Heavyweight and Iron Man champion.

Berk is a regular worker for CZW, as well as Force One Pro Wrestling, under the name Nicky Benz.

In 2005, Berk, had several tryout matches with World Wrestling Entertainment, wrestling other dark wrestlers (the Mexicools and the Blue World Order). None of them were successful in any of their tryout matches.
