Nicholas Harrison

Nick Harrison (born 1 December 1988) is an Australian rugby union player for the Queensland Reds in the Super 14 competition. Born in Brisbane, Australia Nicholas attended St. Ignatius Primary School in Toowong, before attending St. Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace. After finishing school, Nick was selected in the Australian Schoolboys squad in both 2004 and 2005 through playing a star role in the 1st XV squad at St. Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace. He received an OP 1 and is studying Medicine and Law in the off-season. Another of his achievements is winning the iron-man competition at Noosa for 4 years running. He weighs 85 kg and is a buff-monkey. Contracted to the Crusaders at five-eight after playing for the Australian Schoolboys at five-eighth he has represented Australia at schoolboy and Under-19 level. For the past two years he has been in the high performance program working with the ARU-funded National Talent Squad, and representing the Crusaders and Australian Schoolboys. He is Dan Carter's understudy. His father is a good bloke who is known as the greatest ever wallaby.
