Nicholas G. Moore is currently a Director at Wells Fargo & Company. Previously, he served as global chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 1998 until June 2001. He also served as CEO of the U.S. firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers through June 2000. Before that, he served as chairman and CEO of Coopers & Lybrnad LLP from October 1994 until June 1998, when it merged with Price Waterhouse LLP. He also served as a director of Gilead Sciences, Inc., Bechtel Group, Inc., Hudson Highland Group, Inc., and NetApp, Inc. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's College of California and as a trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
Mr. Moore received his B.S. in Accounting from St. Mary's College and a J.D. degree from University of California Hastings College of the Law. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the State Bar of California, and the California and New York Society of CPAs.
