Nicholas Alamanos

Nicholas Alamanos (born 4 May 1982 in Gouvia, Corfu) is a Greek rugby union player. He plays currently for Walsall RFC, England.

Nicholas won his first cap as a member of Greece squad for their first ever rugby international against Austria, in Vienna, at 22 October 2005, and as a result created history by becoming the first foreign based player to be capped for Greece.

In 2006 the former Birmingham Bulldogs RL player was due to arrive in Athens for the Greek Titans RL first ever international match on home soil against Serbia (28/10/06) but was ruled out by injury.
