Nicholaus R. Kipke is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates as of 2007. He is a Delegate representing Maryland District 31 including all of Pasadena, Brooklyn Park, and parts of Glen Burnie, Severna Park, Millersville, and the Anne Arundel County portion of Baltimore.
Kipke serves on the Health and Government Operations Committee and on two health related subcommittees, Insurance and Minority Disparities.
Kipke is a manufacturers' representative and a member of the Anne Arundel County Alcohol and Drug Treatment Advisory Committee. Kipke is a volunteer for Arundel Habitat for Humanity and attends Our Lady of the Chesapeake Catholic Church in Pasadena. He is a political ally of Anne Arundel County Council Chairman Ron Dillon, Jr.
