Nia Davies

Nia Davies (b. 1979) is a Welsh politician and member of Plaid Cymru. She stood for Clwyd South in the National Assembly for Wales election, 2007
Nia Davies was born in Brymbo nr. Wrexham and currently lives in Corwen.
She was born into a Steelworking family and this was her inspiration.
Nia works as a Business Advisor and Nia's political interests include economic development and the environment and she is committed to seeing longterm sustainable development in Clwyd South.
Nia Attended Ysgol Brynhyfryd, Ruthin.
She graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth with a Degree in Politics and a Masters in Entrepreneurship.
She is a member of Cymru 'X', Plaid Cymru's youth movement.
Nia achieved 20% in her first National Assembly for Wales election in 2007
Her non-political interests include music and photography and Nia also enjoys cheering on the Welsh rugby team and playing for Blaenau Ffestiniog rugby team.
