Niños Heroes (Monterrey Metro)

The Niños Heroes Station (aka Estación Niños Heroes) is a station on the Line 2 of the Monterrey Metro. It is located in the Alfonso Reyes Avenue and Los Angeles Avenue.
This station is next to the Niños Heroes Park (where the station takes its name), it's also near the Magna Library of the University of Nuevo León and the Nuevo Leon Cycling track, its accessible for people with disabilities.
This station's logo represents a stylized headshot of a "Niño Heroe" (boy heroes that died defending the country).
This station was inaugurated on October 31st. 2007, it's part of the first stage of the Line 2 expansion (alongside Regina Station and Universidad).
