I am not sure if NHS Executive still exists. Actually, due to the massive changes of structures the NHS has been undergoing since the NHS Plan of 2001, NHS Executive seems to have been dismantled. As a matter of fact, most of the information given on contacts in the article is out of date, that is internet links are out of function and Veronica Fraser moved to some other job in the Department of Health.
