- July 14, 2007 - My longest bike ride ever: 60 miles in 6.5 hours (but returned home on a train and putting the bike in the train). This trip is nicknamed "Port Jervis Bike Ride" since my destination was Port Jervis, New York (and its neighbor, Matamoras, Pennsylvania).
- July 27, 2007 - The 50th time I've been on any airplane (JFK International Airport to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport)
- July 27-28, 2007 - The 50th time I've been on a passenger airplane and the longest period of time I've been on an airplane (Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Incheon International Airport in about 15 hours)
