Yes, you do have an article under the name Nguyen Huu Chanh. It's quite well written but obviously by one of his supporters/advocates. Maybe even by Mr. Nguyen Huu Chanh himself!

It's full of praises and the subject's name is always preceeded by the title "Mr.", an obvious give away that the author is of Vietnamese origin and is partial to the subject. Western authors usually refer to the subjects by names only.
