The Surreal Barnstar | ||
I award you this Barnstar for being so freakin' surreal in all matters.
P. S. Is there anything you don't know or haven't done? — James.S (talk • contribs • count) 00:06, 29 January 2007 (UTC) |
I used to do a lot, but apparently now I can't.
I found the following to be totally hilarious, and also, victory. Wikipedia rocks!

The result of the debate was delete, although I will re-create it putting on the barnstar. Greeves (talk • contribs) 00:19, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

I can't describe this as anything other than "userbox abuse". You can't fill your userspace with crap like this. If you don't believe that it is crap, just look at the language userboxes. This person is a native speaker of every language that has a userbox, and is a member of almost every Wikiproject with a userbox. Sean William ‹‹‹ 18:51, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete non productive editor, has only a handful of edits, and ye gads, I've often argued that WP:NOT#MYSPACE should not be applied to pages that don't actually look like Myspace, but that one actually does look like Myspace :p -N 19:42, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Good Lord, strong delete, this is absolutely not what a user page should be, plus the user is not productive outside his userspace (seeing as his last edit outside his user page consisted of "rofl"). --Coredesat 19:56, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - I'm so not someone to go deleting userpages (I tend to offer to fix them), but this is illegible, totally out of control and in no way helps the project - Alison ☺ 20:01, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete the userboxes. As Genisock2 writes on the talk page, they are not an innocuous diversion for Wikiproject volunteers. However Keep the surreal barnstar. Shalom Hello 20:37, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - I don't understand why I page should be kept, just because a user was given a barnstar. It also seems kind of strange that he was given one considering the lack of any real contribution to wikipedia. --Tλε Rαnδom Eδιτor (ταlκ) 20:49, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete what a mess of userboxes. User doesn't have many edits outside their user page anyway. Acalamari 23:20, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Completely inappropriate for Wikipedia and should be deleted and I too wonder about that userbox. Xtreme racer 01:20, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete This is a prime example on what a user page should not be.--†Sir James Paul† 02:08, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete complete mess. If you want trillions of userboxes, at least be realistic. Hut 8.5 09:26, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - User has a total of 31 edits, 15 to his own userpage. The only article he has ever edited more than once is Pidgin, a total of four times including both mainpage and talk page. User has actually never even formally joined any of the projects whose userboxes he uses. User seems, based on his userboxes, to have an almost infinite number of personalities, each of whom is able to speak a different language at different levels of expertise. All of these are I think good reasons to delete this willfully misrepresentative page. User also has more userboxes than I do, which some might argue is my real reason for supporting the page's deletion. John Carter 14:51, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
- Note: See Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:ShooterBoy
- Strong keep - Who does this hurt? My userboxes are a mess too, but I don't see anybody rushing to delete my page. --DodgerOfZion 19:55, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

- Because it's misleading to other users. He actually got messages on his talk page from people who thought he was a member of the Wikiprojects in his userboxes. And you haven't made half your edits to your userpage. Hut 8.5 20:06, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Comment. If that's the case, warn him, or have a bot remove him from the WikiProjects. By the way, for your information, my userpage has been vandalized Dante knows how many times. What does MY userpage have to do with this anyway? --DodgerOfZion 20:09, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- Good question. I'm not sure why you brought it up. Sean William @ 23:52, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
