The 1943 National Football League Championship game was the 11th annual championship game was held December 26, 1943, at Wrigley Field in Chicago. The attendance was 34,320. The game featured the Western Division champions Chicago Bears (8-1-1). The Eastern Division champions were the Washington Redskins (6-3-1). The Redskins had the week earlier defeated the New York Giants 28-0 to determine the champs of the east. The Bears were led by their quarterback Sid Luckman while Sammy Baugh was the quarterback for the Redskins.
