Neyla is a character from Sly Cooper by Sucker Punch Productions

Neyla grew up a poor child in New Delhi and scammed her way into an exclusive British university. While there, she used her strong powers of persuasion to create a homework ring of other students to do her work for her. When the ring was broken and she was discovered, the authorities were so impressed with her skills that they offered her a job at Interpol.
[edit] Sly 2: Band of Thieves
Neyla first appears in the opening mission, waiting with Carmelita in the museum. When Carmelita accuses Sly of stealing the Clockwerk parts, Neyla mentions that it looks more like a Klaww Gang job. Sly took this as a clue and began to investigate the Klaww Gang.
Later, when Sly was trying to steal the Clockwerk Tail Feathers in Paris, Neyla appeared and had him chase her. Once he caught up, Neyla gave him a key to Dimitri's night club.
Neyla also helped Sly get to dance with Carmelita at Rajan's palace. She later showed him a secret entrance to Rajan's spice production plant.
However, Neyla showed her true colors when Sly needed to attack Rajan. She offered her assistance, but when Sly followed her, Rajan knocked him out. When Murray defeated Rajan, Neyla helped the Contessa arrest Murray, Sly, Rajan, Carmelita and, showed Contessa a photo of Carmelita dancing with Sly.
After Sly and Murray escaped, Neyla stole one of the Clockwerk eyes. However, she ended up dropping it and getting caught in one of the Contessa's webs. After escaping, she arrested the Contessa and got promoted to Captain.
When the Cooper gang was trying to rob Jean Bison in Canada, Neyla made a brief appearance. While Sly was on Iron Horse #3, Neyla attacked him in an air ship and said "Sly's going to call his little friends." Bentley defeated her using his RC Chopper.
Finally, when Sly snuck onto Arpeggio's blimp, It was revealed that Neyla had really been working for Arpeggio all along - but she double-crossed him like she did with Sly. She promises to take him on a date in Bollywood, but didn't make through with her end of the promise. She then fused herself with Clockwerk and became Clock-La.
As Clock-La, she planned to hypnotise Paris to become immortal. Through the combined efforts of the Cooper Gang and Carmelita, she crashed in Paris, but was still alive. Murray pried open her mouth so that Bentley could remove the Hate Chip, which was the source of her power. However, her jaw slammed down on Bentley, paralyzing him for life.
Despite all the attacks, the Clockwerk parts were still perfect. But, a few minutes later, Carmelita arrived and, angry that she had missed Neyla, smashed the Hate Chip. This caused the parts to disintegrate. Now she is most likely dead.

Neyla is anthropomorphic white tiger. When she was Constable Neyla in Sly 2: Band of Thieves, she wears head jewelry, a red scarf, use a whip as her weapon and her clothes looks like the same Lara Croft wears in Tomb Raider. Neyla's voice is played by Alesia Glidewell.
