Is calling this article "Next Welsh devolution referendum" not a bit of a presentism? Surely put the date in - or if the date isn't avaiable, don't create an article until it is. See WP:CBALL Marwood 17:36, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

If events are clearly planned, there is nothing in CBALL against creating articles containing verifiable information for said events. We have articles on future elections regularily, so I see no harm in having this article, as well. —Nightstallion 11:41, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
