Nexus Telecom is a Swiss company, based in Zurich, Switzerland, providing network management solutions for telecommunications companies. Its core competency is OSS systems that monitor and test network-wide customer transactions in real-time. These systems provide visibility into complicated, multi-faceted NGN system behavior, facilitating fast mitigation of current and potential network and service problems to ensure a continuous and flawless end-customer experience.
