nexusBPM is an extension to the JBoss workflow engine and BPM process designer in Java that can execute processes described in jBPM's own process definition language jPDL. It's released under the LGPL license.

nexusBPM provides several enhancements to jBPM:

  • Many pre-written custom nodes
  • Declarative dataflow
  • Calendar-based UI for scheduling process executions
  • Drag and drop deployment of processes
