"Next Plane Out" was written by Diane Warren and produced by Guy Roche.
The music video for the song (directed by Greg Masuak) was also used in edited versions for "Je sais pas" and "Call the Man" singles (none of them was released in Australia). "Next Plane Out" music video (1995) was made for the album version of this song, which lasts almost five minutes.
The song reached #61 on the Australian Singles chart, and stayed there for seven weeks.
