Next Generation Security Software Ltd

Next Generation Security Software Ltd is a security company headquartered in Sutton, England providing security consultancy services and releasing an assortment of pieces of commercial security software.
NGSSoftware was founded by former @Stake employees, including David Litchfield, and is well-known for work on database security, most notably that of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
They have issued many advisories and tend to work closely with vendors including Microsoft, giving keynote presentations, etc at an assortment of security conferences and releasing numerous white papers
