Founded in 1998, nextSource, Inc. provides workforce management solutions designed to optimize enterprise-wide workforce needs, including: vendor management programs, salary and hourly rate benchmarking, payrolling services, staffing and recruiting, procurement and HR consulting services, and temporary worker procurement. In 2001, John Sculley joined as chairman of the nextSource Advisory Board. [1]
nextSource is a subsidiary of Formula Systems Ltd., founded in 1985, as well as an Oracle Corporation and Microsoft Certified Partner. [2] nextSource currently has patents pending for The People Ticker and their Talent Acquisition Management Solution. The People Ticker, formerly called the People Blue Book, is a Web-based, rate and salary benchmarking tool that delivers real-time market pricing to employers and jobseekers for both the full-time and contingent labor markets in the US, UK, India and Canada. The Talent Acquisition Management Solution (TAMS) is a Web-based vendor management system that automates the life cycle for the acquisition and management of the Contingent Workforce and direct hires. TAMS is used by businesses like DoubleClick [3], educational institutions such as MIT [4], and governments such as the state of Oregon [5].
