NextGenTel is a Norwegian telecommunications company located in Bergen (HQ), Trondheim, Oslo, Stavanger, and Kristiansand. They offer ADSL, SHDSL, ADSL2+, IP TV, IP Telephony, and are currently testing out WiMax solutions. They are, with more than 180,000 customers[1], Norway's second-largest Internet service provider (the largest being Telenor).
The company has bought several smaller ISPs, including FirstMile, PC Support, LOS and Flink. Since 2006, NextGenTel has been a fully owned subsidiary of TeliaSonera AB. Prior to this it was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
