Nexic, Inc. is an Orem, Utah, USA based company that sells software supporting Novell GroupWise. Nexic Discovery is an Enterprise level email archiving solution to help companies meet compliance and regulatory archiving needs.

Nexic was founded in 1998 by experienced Novell GroupWise employees. The company was created to meet the growing need of quality software development for the Novell GroupWise platform.
Nexic has developed solutions for the GroupWise client as well as for mobile devices for GroupWise, but in 2002, with the growth of email storage and the increasing pressure from legal requirements to store all email, Nexic focused on expanding its offerings to Archiving and Email Retention solutions for GroupWise and other email platforms. Nexic's flagship product "Discovery" is a mature Archiving and Email Retention solution for GroupWise organizations of all sizes.
Nexic, Inc. is a privately held company, located in Orem, Utah, USA, 20 minutes North of Novell's Provo, Utah, USA engineering center where the GroupWise product is developed. Many Nexic employees are former Novell employees who worked with GroupWise.
Email Archiving and Retention has become one of the dominant concerns for email administrators.
