[edit] Plot
The mad scientist, Robo Pulaski (who first appeared in the 2001 video game, The Agents: The Legacy) after getting stranded on an asteroid as seen at the end of the game crash lands on an unknown planet safely, then reports his rhino minions and plans to kill Jack for revenge. Meanwhile on Jack's home planet, Jukia, Jack hears that the President of the planet suddenly dies, then he thinks he's is close to danger with his girlfriend, Ella. The President's assistant, the professor manages to find another Handox who can be the new President, a teenager named Michael (voiced by Jesse McCartney) who is at a high school, Zyhper Academy. After a funeral for the President, Jack sets sail to find Michael along with Benson the mouthy, self-centered cat, Flame the medium fire-breathing dragon and Vyper the hot kung-fu fox. Managing to get to the academy they look for Michael and find out he being picked on by smarter students. Michael gets a confident feeling about being president however Benson, Flame and Vyper telling him about the whole work and famine that goes on. Shocked, Michael takes control of the boat and Jack tries to stop him until they crash into an island where a retired elder, Magnus (voiced by James Coburn) lives.
Meanwhile, until her 21st birthday, Ella receives presents from her friends from college, Racheal, Sally and Nicol and one from the Hyper Gang who are Flame's nephew, Oliver, the gangster dog, Danjo Dog (who also first appeared in The Legacy), a pair of alley-cats, Oscar and Sid, Benson's brother, Freddy and the three goats, Bill, Dill and Will. But then Robo Pulaski and his rhino, tree and robot minions invade the city. Ella and her friends manage to escape through their emergency escape route while the Hyper Gang hold the villains back but are captured. After Robo Pulaski finds out Jack has gone to find the next heir he orders his rhino pirate minion, Spike to track them.
Spike and his band of rhino pirates did track down Jack and company on Magnus's island where they attempt to capture Jack and kill the others. Jack and Michael get heart and team-up to send the rhinos back where they came from. After that, Michael cons Magnus to teleport Jack and co. back to the city of Jukia. As they arrive they find the city has turned into a riot by Pulaski. Oliver was in a cage but getting rescued by his uncle Flame. Then Danjo Dog in a glass window being controlled like a puppet doing the rap. Jack asks him where Ella is but the curtains on the window close needing five dollars. Benson shakes is body to get his spare out of his fur but then a pink scroll comes out of his fur and hits Oliver. The scroll shows a picture of Vyper with Benson's singnature on it (on the DVD, the picture can be seen in the "Special Features" menu on the fake boat Benson and Flame are dancing on and in the TV series after the film, in the episode Sidekick Switch the picture is seen on Benson's suitcase but Benson is not showing any embarrassment), it may be revealed that Benson has a secret crush on Vyper. Getting the five out of his hair, Danjo tells Jack that Ella in locked up some place secret. Meanwhile Pulaski, rehearsing his play to become popular and President of Jukia. Jack and the gang break into his dressing room but his rhino guards take them as prisoner and Pulaski was about to kill Michael until Jack pretends to explain that he betrayed him and that he was supposed to be President. Pulaski believes him and decides not to kill him and Michael bursts out of the room in a tantrum. The rhino guards take Jack to the backstage, throws Benson and Vyper in the same prison as Ella and her friends and the Professor whereas Flame is taken to a Dragon Torture place.
