Shouldn't this article make reference to the original MMT [1], which was the first active, segmented mirror telescope? The claim that NTT is the first active mirror telescope is not accurate. The MMT dates back over 25 years. Like the NTT, the MMT was an alt/az telescope. Drphysics 16:14, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
