Talk:New Plymouth Boys' High School
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am the Web Manager for www.npbhs.school.nz and see no problems with using said material under the terms of your license.
I also intend making big changes to make page less of an advert.
Also see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Plymouth_Boys%27_High_School/Temp for some changes suggested.

[edit] infobox and other edits
I added an infobox, as I am slowly doing to all NZ schools to give standard information about them. I also removed (as I have been doing to other NZ school pages) information of purely local interest (e.g. names of buildings), and also stuff clearly taken from the school's advertising (e.g. park-like surroundings). The infobox contains a link to the school's web site. Wikipedia is not an advertising site. If you have a copy of the school crest, and are the copyright holder, and are happy to for it to be used it would be used useful to add it. Also well-known former students. But please, avoid peacock terms. Neil Leslie 10:47, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

- At the moment it is tagged for sources but there doesn't seem to be much information on the page to source! NZ forever 03:44, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Houses
Whatever happened to Pridham, Carrington, Moyes, East, West and Central? (And Niger? –the 3rd form house in which boarders were already sorted into the houses they were later to go into.) I was taught by "Fish" Hatherly in the 3rd form in 1964. I was a day boy in East House. Do boarders still wear their collars up? And horror of horrors, do they now have mixed boarder/day boy houses?
