Now new panvel is hot market for the real estate. Because as New panvel is preplanned and maintained by CIDCO, all people who are frustrated and wanted cool and naturehood, they are approched to the New Panvel. However the civic aminities like waste disposal and drainage etc are not very satisfactory at the moment.
