This article is basically now "go to Microsoft web site, punch a couple of words to the search box, and pray to whatever higher powers you believe in". It needs a) to be expanded to cover subject matter in its own words, and b) use appropriate citation form for the referenced technical document. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 19:26, 9 June 2006 (UTC)

I've pointed directly to the Microsoft Knowledge Base article to which the article was probably trying to direct you. You might still have to pray to whatever higher powers you believe in that they don't remove the article, move the article, or completely reorganize the structure of the KB so that the URL breaks.
